Digital Product Notice
EzyCart provides access to a GoHighLevel Agency-Level Sub-Account and related digital services. Since this is a digital product delivered electronically, no physical item is shipped.
No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products and account access services, we do not accept returns once an account has been created and access credentials have been delivered.
Once a customer receives login credentials or gains access to the platform, the service is considered delivered and used.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered in the following situations:
- Payment was successfully made but the account was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- Duplicate payment was made accidentally.
- A technical issue on our side prevents account creation and cannot be resolved.
- The service purchased cannot be provided by EzyCart.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the account.
- Lack of technical knowledge.
- Business results not meeting expectations.
- Violation of platform policies.
- Suspension due to misuse or abuse of the service.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Renewal fees after renewal has been processed.
Account Delivery
Most accounts are delivered shortly after payment verification. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and verification requirements.
If you do not receive your account within the communicated timeframe, please contact our support team.
